Setting up when a provider can work was one form doing too many jobs; it is now a set of focused flows for working times, blocked periods and holidays, and Admin follows the same flows. Work orders gain customer, product and stakeholder filters, monitors can be assigned automatically when a booking is created, providers can be created with an avatar, and the scheduling flow in Customer Web was reworked.

Every product unit now has its own detail view — what it is, what it was acquired with, its base and extended warranties, and every work order it has been through. Alert definitions gain working rules and an activity log, monitors can hand their bookings to another monitor, and work order service variants can be tied to a workflow and a scope-of-work template.
