A new Alerts module, full Acquisition detail pages, and partial-delivery resolutions on component orders
A new Alerts module lets you define what deserves attention across your operation and keep those definitions under control. Acquisitions get a full detail page with products, serial numbers, extended warranties and dynamic forms. Component orders can now record partial deliveries item by item, and Work Orders gain provider assignment, executors, sales-channel filtering and a stakeholder service evaluation.

Alerts — new module (Admin)
NewThe Alerts Center previewed earlier now ships its first working half: you can define what deserves attention in your operation and keep those definitions under control from one place.
- Alert definitions. Create an alert definition, choose the entity it watches, and give it an external reference so you can tie it back to your own systems. Definitions are listed in their own table with filters by entity, status and resolution, and active filters appear as removable chips.
- Definition detail. Each definition opens on a detail page showing the rules that decide when it fires, with their own context filters. Rules can be reviewed and removed from there.
- Turn definitions on and off. Activate or deactivate a definition at any time, with a confirmation step so nothing changes by accident. A definition that still needs rules to be complete is flagged directly on its detail page.
- Access per action. Viewing, creating, editing and enabling or disabling alert definitions are each gated by their own permission, so you decide who can change what.
Acquisitions — full detail page (Admin)
NewAcquisitions get a proper detail page instead of a list-only view.
- One page per acquisition. A header with the acquisition's status, tabbed main information, and an additional-information section.
- Products and serial numbers. The products section lists every item on the acquisition and lets you add serial numbers to a unit directly from the table, with a unit picker that only offers units valid for that context.
- Extended warranties. A dedicated section lists extended warranties on the acquisition, again with unit selection and serial-number capture, and the validity of every warranty on the list is now shown at once.
- Dynamic forms in place. Forms associated with the acquisition are displayed on the page and can be completed or edited without leaving it.
- Void an acquisition. An acquisition can be voided from its detail page, behind an explicit confirmation.
Component orders — resolve partial deliveries (Admin, Network Web)
NewPurchase orders rarely arrive complete. You can now record what actually happened, item by item.
- Item detail with real quantities. Opening an item shows "Item detail" with Total quantity, Delivered, Pending and Not delivered, plus a "Pending units" chip on the item list so shortfalls are visible at a glance.
- Resolutions. Each item now has a "Resolutions" list recording how its units were settled, with an empty state when nothing has been recorded yet: "This item has no resolutions yet".
- Resolve an item (Admin). A dedicated dialog lets you resolve the pending units on an item, and quantities are stated in plain language — "{quantity} units".
- Clearer order header. The fulfillment detail header and items section were reworked so status, dates and totals read consistently.
Work Orders — assignment, executors and sales-channel filtering (Admin, Network Web)
New- Assign a provider to a work order (Network Web). Scheduling now includes an Assignment step where you pick who will carry out the order — "Assign provider", "Select a provider, if applicable." — with a dedicated executors picker for the people actually doing the work.
- See assignment at a glance (Network Web). The work-order list gains an Assignment column and a "Without provider" filter, so unassigned orders are easy to isolate.
- Who the work belongs to. The work-order detail now shows both the provider network and the individual person.
- Filter by sales channel. Work orders can be filtered by sales channel in both Admin and Network Web.
- Reference numbers on notes and attachments. Notes and attachments now display their reference number, making them easier to quote in conversations outside the platform.
- A phone number is no longer required. Creating a work order no longer forces you to enter the stakeholder's phone number, so an order can be raised with the contact details you actually have.
Service evaluation and dynamic forms on Work Orders (Admin, Network Web, Customer Web)
New- Stakeholder service evaluation. The Reviews section on a work order now surfaces the "Stakeholder review" — the requester's own "Service evaluation" — in place of the previous customer-review label, and it can be answered with a dynamic form rather than a fixed rating, so you decide what to ask.
- Forms attached to Work Orders. Dynamic forms can now be associated with work orders and with specific work-order service variants, including control over when a form stays editable.
- Cleaner form responses. Completed form responses render more compactly in the work-order review, showing only the fields that were actually answered.
Preferences — one place for theme and language (Admin, Network Web)
Improved- Theme and language together. The profile menu now opens "Preferences" instead of "Themes", and language lives there alongside appearance. Choosing a new language confirms with "Language changed" and the change is applied consistently across the app.
Customers — external references, optional phone and a unified creation flow (Admin)
Improved- External reference on creation. A customer can be created with your own external reference, so records line up with the system they came from.
- Phone number is now optional. Creating a customer no longer requires a phone number, so records can be created from sources that don't carry one without inventing a placeholder.
- One creation flow everywhere. Customer creation was unified into a single flow, and section headers across the app now follow one consistent style.
Products — bulk loading and clearer pickers (Admin)
Improved- Bulk-load product units. Units can now be loaded in bulk from a product's detail page instead of one at a time.
- Helpful empty states. Brand and category pickers now explain what to do when there is nothing to choose yet, instead of showing a blank list.
- Better unit search. Searching for a product unit now takes the customer into account, so the results you see are the ones that apply.
Work Orders configuration — access control per catalog (Admin)
Improved- Permissions per configuration catalog. Administrators can now grant access to each Work Orders configuration catalog separately — services and variants, labor work, area pricing, scope-of-work templates, scheduling slots and workflows. Users with read-only access keep full visibility: instead of hiding rows, the tables show status and drop the actions they cannot use.
- Clearer permission names. Permission names and descriptions for area-based configuration were reworded so it's clearer what each one actually grants.
- Area price and cost matrix. The area price and cost matrix is available under controlled rollout, so it appears only where it has been enabled.
Fixes & polish
Improved- Cleaner status details (Admin, Network Web, Customer Web, Provider Web). Booking and workflow status detail views no longer show empty fields, and values are no longer bolded, so the important information stands out. In Provider Web, a status detail with a single attachment now displays it properly.
- Correct signature dates. Signature fields in form snapshots no longer shift by a timezone.
- Local currency formatting (Customer Web). Amounts in the booking summary are now formatted for the viewer's locale.
- Simpler work-order creation (Customer Web). The serial number is no longer requested when creating a work order.
- Accurate availability. A blocked day is no longer offered as available when scheduling.
- Faster booking lists. Filtering large booking lists is noticeably quicker.
- Work-order state filters. State filters now list the states actually available for an order rather than every connected state.
- Notes render correctly. Long notes display in full in the detail drawer, and the reference field on a note is no longer wrongly required.
- Ops Track (Admin). The technician search bar layout was fixed.
- Wider map coverage. Map and coverage defaults now include additional markets.
- Clearer sign-in errors. Authentication failures return a clearer, safer message.
