Pricing that scales with your operation, not your headcount
Sodtrack pricing is built around the work your team actually does — not how many seats you buy. Talk to us about your volume, workforce model, and SLAs and we'll put a tailored proposal in front of you within a week.
Usage-aligned, not seat-taxed
Legacy field service platforms and CRM-with-a-field-module products charge by the seat and punish you for growing your crew. Sodtrack is priced around jobs, work orders, and the modules you actually need, so your cost rises with revenue — not headcount.
Platform fee
A flat monthly platform fee that covers the core Sodtrack account, admin console, single sign-on, audit logs, and standard support.
Usage
Usage is billed by work orders or service jobs completed through Sodtrack. Pricing tiers kick in at scale, so the per-job cost goes down as volume grows.
Modules
Pick only the modules you need: Scheduling, Dispatch & Route Optimization, Lead Management, WhatsApp Agents, Mobile, Analytics, Integrations, Product Lifecycle.
Enterprise add-ons
Custom SLAs, private deployment, advanced security review, dedicated customer success, and integration development are quoted on top.
Built for enterprise field operations
Sodtrack is optimized for organizations dispatching 50+ technicians or managing 1,000+ service jobs per month. For smaller teams we'll happily point you toward better-fit tools.

Pricing FAQ
How is Sodtrack priced?+
Sodtrack pricing has three parts: a monthly platform fee, a per-work-order usage rate that tiers down at scale, and optional modules. This keeps the base cost predictable while aligning the variable portion of your bill with the value the platform is delivering to your operation.
Is there a free trial?+
Rather than a self-serve free trial, Sodtrack offers paid proof-of-value pilots on a slice of your operation — typically one region, one crew, or one product line. The pilot fee is credited against your first annual contract if you move forward.
Do I pay per user or per technician?+
No. Sodtrack does not charge per seat. You can add unlimited dispatchers, technicians, supervisors, and admins on any plan. Pricing scales with work orders / jobs completed on the platform.
What's included in the platform fee?+
The platform fee covers the core Sodtrack account, the admin console, role-based access control, audit logs, SSO, standard API access, webhook events, and standard support. Modules like Scheduling, Route Optimization, Lead Management, and WhatsApp Agents are priced on top.
Can I start with a few modules and add more later?+
Yes. Most customers start with Scheduling and Dispatch, then add Route Optimization, Lead Management, WhatsApp Agents, Product Lifecycle, Analytics, and Integrations as they scale. You can turn modules on with a short contract amendment.
How long are contracts?+
Annual contracts are standard. Multi-year contracts are available with locked pricing and additional discounts. We can run paid pilots on quarterly terms.
Is implementation included?+
Every new Sodtrack customer is paired with a dedicated implementation team for go-live. Custom integration development, data migration, and bespoke training are quoted separately.
Do you serve small teams?+
Sodtrack is optimized for enterprise field operations — teams of 50+ technicians or 1,000+ service jobs per month. For smaller teams, we're happy to recommend a better-fit platform.
