Live provider tracking on the operations map, partner equipment integrations, and alert history
The operations map now shows providers live, with a providers panel, a per-provider day timeline and a rebuilt booking detail. Integrated partners can cover a customer's equipment end to end — registering it, finding it, starting a maintenance plan and approving budgets. Leads carry through to a booking without a sales channel, alerts gain a full history and can be reopened, area pricing keeps its own change history, and the booking detail was redesigned around scope, workflow and pricing.

Follow your providers live on the operations map (Admin)
NewThe operations map used to show the work. It now shows the people doing it, so a coordinator can see the day as it actually unfolds instead of reconstructing it from a table.
- A providers panel. The map gains a panel listing the providers working that day, with their vehicle, their warehouses and their current state at a glance.
- Live on the map. Providers now appear on the map itself and move as their position updates, next to the bookings they are heading to.
- A provider's day in one place. Selecting a provider opens a detail panel with their bookings in order, the products involved, and a timeline of the day from first to last stop.
- A faster bookings panel. The bookings panel was rebuilt on the new design, and searching it now filters what you already have on screen instead of reloading, so results appear as you type.
- A booking detail you can read. The booking detail drawer was rebuilt — service card, information cards and time sections — and fields that point to another record are now links you can follow.
Partner integrations — equipment, maintenance and budgets end to end (Platform API)
NewIntegrated partners can now cover the whole lifecycle of a customer's equipment through the API, rather than only the booking around it.
- Register equipment a customer already owns. A partner can register a customer's existing equipment, so work can be tracked against the actual unit rather than a generic service.
- Find a unit and see its record. Equipment can be searched and retrieved with its full detail: warehouse, movements, measurements, warranties and the work orders it has been through.
- Start a maintenance plan. A maintenance plan can be started for a unit directly, without requiring an originating booking.
- Budgets, end to end. A partner can list a customer's budgets, open an execution with its full detail and status, and approve or reject it.
- Reschedule a booking. Rescheduling is now part of the integration surface, not something that has to be handled outside it.
- Better customer matching. Customer resolution was improved so a partner's request is matched to the right existing customer more often, instead of creating a near-duplicate.
- Warranties include what comes next. Retrieving a warranty now also returns its next execution.
Leads — carry a lead through to a booking (Admin, Network Web, Provider Web)
New- A lead without a sales channel is no longer a dead end. Leads that have no sales channel are handled throughout, and a booking can now be generated from one.
- A clearer lead. The lead's basic information cards were rebuilt, and the booking created from a lead now opens with the same tabbed detail as any other booking.
- Editing an address again. The address edit button on a lead was restored when the address has already been set.
- Projects show where they came from. The projects table now shows the lead a project originated from, along with the customer and an optional description. In Provider Web this column is part of a controlled rollout and appears only where the leads module is enabled.
- Referring a lead from the field. A field provider can refer an opportunity they will not execute themselves: from a booking, they pick a service that accepts leads and the referral creates a lead linked to the customer, the address and that service. This is a controlled rollout — the sales channel it uses is set per tenant by remote configuration.
Alerts — the full history, and a way back (Admin, Network Web)
New- History in a drawer. An alert now opens a history drawer with every status change it went through, and a detail popover for each entry.
- Reopening an alert. An alert that was resolved too early can now be reopened instead of being recreated.
- Rules can read a selection field. Alert rules now handle dynamic form fields of type select, so a condition can be built on a chosen option.
- The right date. The created date on an alert is now shown in the correct timezone.
Bookings — a redesigned detail (Admin)
Improved- Scope, at the top. The booking detail opens on redesigned scope tabs covering the service and the sales channel, with quantity and sales channel editable from there.
- Workflow as its own tab. The workflow of a booking now has a dedicated tab with its detail redesigned around it.
- Pricing, add-ons and approvals. Pricing and add-ons moved into their own drawers, and the approval process has a drawer of its own.
- Times you can scan. The time sections of the booking detail drawer were redesigned.
- The additional information tab is back. It no longer disappears when dynamic forms are configured on the booking.
- No double approvals. The approval button is disabled while an approval is still being processed, and the success messages after an action were corrected.
Work orders — pricing by area, with its own history (Admin, Network Web)
New- Area pricing history. Changes to area pricing and its items are now recorded in a history drawer, so a price can be traced back to who changed it and when.
- Prices that add up. Area pricing now stores price and cost as numbers rather than text, and labour price and cost columns are shown in currency format.
- Where to find it. Area pricing moved into Catalog, under Revenue management.
- Assign by provider or by schedule. The provider and schedule selectors are now interchangeable, so a work order can be assigned from whichever one you have in hand.
- Your time range stays put. The assigned time range is kept selected when you edit a work order.
- Budget executions without a booking. A budget execution no longer has to hang off an originating booking, and executions in statuses that shouldn't count are excluded from the execution search.
Scheduling and configuration (Network Web)
Improved- Quotas, in Configuration. The work order quotas drawer moved into Configuration, and its list, add and edit views were redesigned around day cards.
- Non-working days. Non-working days now have their own drawer in Configuration, reusing the same blocked-periods list and add flow as providers, and the old network settings drawer was retired.
Forms that behave (Admin, Network Web, Customer Web, Provider Web)
Improved- Currency fields you can answer. A currency field can now be answered while completing a form, and no longer flashes an invalid value while the currency loads.
- Kilometres. Numeric fields gain a kilometre subtype.
- Phone and identification fields. Values in disabled phone and identification fields are kept in the submission instead of being dropped, the pickers were fixed, and identification is validated against the tenant's country and region.
- Steadier inputs everywhere. Number fields, selects, tabs and autocomplete empty states now behave the same across the apps, on controlled date and time pickers.
Security and access control (all apps, Platform API)
Improved- Checked on every request. Requests are now checked against both who is asking and whether the resource belongs to them, consistently across the platform, so nobody reaches a record that is not theirs — including in areas that previously relied on a looser check.
Fixes and polish
Improved- Attachments and maps load again. Attachments, map fonts and live data now load reliably across Admin, Network Web, Customer Web and Provider Web.
- Colours render correctly. Short hex colours are converted before use, so labels and indicators no longer lose their colour.
- Analytics on every visit. The analytics dashboard now renders every time you open it, instead of only on the first visit.
- Navigation. Alerts and reports icons are shown in the vertical layout, and both layouts now share the same navigation actions.
- Tables that fit. Long values in details cards truncate instead of overflowing, and the actions column was widened so the detail button fits.
- Drawers stay open. A drawer opened from an action menu no longer closes with the menu.
- Filtering by no sales channel. The none option in the sales channel filter now works as a filter in its own right.
- Warranty rules. Creating several warranty rules at once, and the state of the drawer while doing it, were corrected.
- Confirming products. The product selector no longer starts on the wrong default when confirming products on a work order.
- Budget review. The budget execution description is now shown in the review step (Customer Web).
- Wording. English copy now uses booking consistently, the booking confirmation and proposed-date screens had wording errors corrected, and a date proposal status label was unified across the apps.
- Notification sender. The sender email used for notifications can now be updated.
- Bulk loading. Bulk acquisition loading was made more reliable.
