Incident workflows, email management for Providers & Customers, and smarter booking finalization

This release streamlines incident categories and statuses, introduces on-request email management for providers and customers, upgrades the booking finalization flow on Network Web, refreshes the Alerts Center, and ships a wave of UI and stability improvements.

Products updated: Admin · Network Web · Provider Web · Platform API

Incident categories and statuses

  • Associated entities on incident categories. When creating or editing an incident category you can now select which types of entities it applies to (e.g. Bookings, Leads). This keeps reporting cleaner and only surfaces the relevant categories where they belong. A new "Associated entities" / "Association" column is available on the categories list and filters.
  • Incident reasons simplified. Faster reason creation with a shorter description and a clearer "Reportable by" helper text.
  • Clearer information on incident statuses. When a status is configured to overwrite the booking status, a new explanatory note clarifies: "When an incident associated with a booking changes to this status, the associated booking is automatically updated to the status indicated in this column."
  • Safer status and responsible edits. Editing status and responsible is now disabled once an incident has reached a final state, preventing accidental changes on closed incidents.
  • Fixes. Incident status and category tables now have correctly sized action columns; "Is it a final status?" toggle is no longer shown on the initial status (where it doesn't apply).

Email management for Providers and Customers

Available on request

This capability is not enabled by default. It can be turned on per Sodtrack client based on their specific requirements — please contact your Sodtrack representative if you'd like to enable it.

  • Edit a provider's email from Admin and Network Web. A new "Edit email" action on the provider's personal information. Before confirming, an informative warning is shown: "Changing a provider's email has operational effects: they will need to sign in with the new email to continue using the platforms and applications."
  • Edit a customer's email from Admin. Same flow for customers, with a dedicated message: "Changing a customer's email address may affect their access to notifications and communications."
  • Automatic user reassignment. If the email change requires creating or reassigning the user account behind the provider, it happens automatically, and you'll see the confirmation: "Email updated successfully — a change was detected that created or reassigned the user associated with this provider."

Booking finalization (Network Web)

  • Confirm product units when finalizing. You can now confirm the specific units being delivered as part of the finalization flow, including adding or updating the serial number. A confirmation dialog ("Serial number XXX. This action cannot be undone. Do you wish to continue?") prevents accidental confirmations.
  • Select destination warehouse on finalization. A new step lets the operator pick where the product should be dropped off: "Select the warehouse where the provider should drop off the product when finalizing the service."
  • Renamed action. "Client signature" is now "Finalize with signature" for clarity.

Alerts Center

  • New alert detail card. A consistent layout across the alert drawer and the "alerts by entity" view.
  • Clearer column names. "Entity type" → Entity, "Creation type" → Type, "Metric" → Origin. "Created by" / "Resolved by" labels are shorter.
  • New "Antiquity" field. Quickly see how long an alert has been open.
  • Confirmation feedback. Resolving an alert now shows "Alert resolved successfully!"

Booking experience improvements

  • Scheduling & assignation button. Now appears correctly on Network Web in all the cases where it should (previously hidden due to a missing scheduling-type value on the API response).
  • "Customer is searching" reminders. Aligned with the standard reminder flow and now handle token expiration properly, making customer nudges more reliable.
  • Cancelled booking events. Now emitted correctly, ensuring downstream automations and integrations stay in sync.

External integrations

  • Smarter sale channel resolution. When creating bookings from partner integrations, the API now accepts a sale-channel identifier parameter and resolves the right channel automatically, removing a common configuration pitfall for integrated partners.

Leads

  • More reliable budget submission. Fixes edge cases on budget create/submit in the lead workflow actions.

General UI improvements

  • New phone number and country selector inputs. Across Admin and Network Web — cleaner, faster, and with better validation.
  • Separate country selectors. Distinct selectors for business information and personal ID, so businesses operating in multiple countries can be configured correctly.
  • New empty-state illustrations and variants. You'll now see context-aware messages for empty lists vs. empty search results (e.g. "No results were found — adjust the criteria and try again").
  • General stability. Attachment uploads on incidents and other entities no longer time out on slower connections; horizontal scroll issues on several tables have been resolved.
