1. Program Description

When you affirmatively opt in to the Sodtrack SMS Program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Sodtrack at the mobile number you provided.

Messages concern field-service appointments and work orders scheduled or managed through Sodtrack. They may include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival or estimated-time-of-arrival notifications, work-order and service-status updates, incident alerts and updates, and customer-support or incident-resolution communications.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on service activity, status changes, incidents, and your interactions with Sodtrack.

3. Message and Data Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your messaging or data plan.

4. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any Sodtrack text message to unsubscribe.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further messages from the Sodtrack SMS Program unless you opt in again through an authorized enrollment method.
