Work Order notes, attachments, history and reviews, Monitors lifecycle, and a new Admin home

Work Orders now let you capture, review and track a service: notes and attachments with provider-visibility control, full state history, table filters, and reviews — including a public view for customers to rate a completed service. This release also adds photo capture on measurements, full lifecycle management for Monitors, a refreshed Admin home, more granular permissions, and clearer incident-category messaging.

Products updated: Admin · Network Web · Customer Web · Provider Web

Work Orders — notes, attachments, history & reviews (Admin, Network Web, Customer Web)

New

Following the execution workflow shipped in the previous release, Work Orders now let you capture, review and track everything that happens on a service.

  • Notes & attachments. A work order has a new "Notes and attachments" tab. Each note or attachment can carry an optional external reference, and you control whether it's shared with the provider — shown as Visible or Hidden, with "Change sharing preference" available at any time. Each has its own detail view.
  • State history. The work-order detail now shows a full history of states and changes — "New status", "Change date" and "Performed by" — with filters to narrow the log.
  • Reviews. A "Reviews" section surfaces the customer review. End customers get a public view to rate a completed service: "Evaluate service", "Rating:", ending with "Thank you for your review!"

Work Orders — table filters (Admin, Network Web)

New
  • Filter the work-orders table. The work-orders table can now be filtered by creation and execution date ranges, provider, service, service variant, status, and dynamic-form fields, with active filters shown as removable chips.

On-site measurements — photo capture (Admin, Network Web)

Improved
  • Attach an image to a measurement. When registering a usage measurement you can now attach an image ("Upload image"). The add flow was reworded to "Register metric" — "Select the metric and value to register."

Monitors — activation & lifecycle (Admin)

New
  • Manage the full monitor lifecycle. Activate, deactivate and remove monitors, with clear feedback ("Monitor activated successfully", "Monitor deactivated successfully", "Monitor removed successfully") and guardrails when a monitor still has active bookings — e.g. "This monitor has {count} active bookings assigned. Removing it will leave all of its bookings without a monitor."

New Admin home (Admin)

New
  • Refreshed welcome screen. The dashboard opens on a refreshed, tenant-aware welcome screen with permission-aware quick actions to your key modules — "Start managing", "Go to list", "Reports" — under the subtitle "Your service management portal 🚀."

More granular permissions (Admin)

New
  • Finer-grained access control. Administrators can now grant finer-grained access: creating notes, attachments, tasks and incidents within prospects, projects, bookings and work orders, editing note/attachment visibility, and a dedicated Tasks module ("View tasks" / "Edit tasks"). Several permission names were also clarified, such as "Create Leads" and "Create budgets and manage their approval flow".

Incident reporting — clearer categories (Admin, Network Web, Provider Web)

Improved
  • Clear empty state. When no incident categories are available to report, a clear empty state now explains it: "No categories available to report" / "Contact your administrator for more information."

Polish

Improved
  • Scope approval requests — add items (Network Web). A dedicated drawer lets you add new items to a work-scope request, choosing Manpower, Component or Units: "Select items to add them to the request."
  • Numeric field validation (Provider Web). Clearer messages when a number is out of range, e.g. "The value must be a whole number." and "The value must be between 0 and 100."
  • Bookings "Created by" filter (Admin). The filter now lists all booking creators.
