Phone operator presence, a rebuilt Provider Web, and faster availability responses

This release adds presence tracking for phone operators in Admin, so coordinators can see who is available on the line and review how a day unfolded. Provider Web and Network Web now share the same filter drawers, tables and status timelines used across the rest of the product, with filters that live in the address bar and can be shared. Availability results also return noticeably faster on large accounts, and several booking, address and service-report details were corrected.

Products updated: Admin · Network Web · Customer Web · Provider Web · Platform API

Phone operator presence: who is available and how the day went (Admin)

New

Phone operators now have a presence view alongside their profile, so availability is visible without asking.

  • Current presence at a glance. A presence card shows an operator's current state together with the reason behind it, and a badge carries that state through the operator screens. Coordinators can tell who is reachable before routing a call.
  • Presence timeline and event history. A day can be reviewed as a timeline of presence changes, backed by a table of the underlying events and a summary of time spent in each state. Picking a different day re-reads the whole picture for that date.
  • Turning presence tracking on. Presence tracking can be activated for the operators who need it, so accounts that do not use phone operations are unaffected. This is a controlled rollout, enabled per account.

Provider Web — rebuilt around drawer filters and shared tables (Provider Web)

Improved

The provider back-office was brought onto the same interface used elsewhere in the product, screen by screen.

  • Filters in a drawer, and in the address bar. Bookings, projects, budget executions, leads, tasks, requests and lead products now filter through the same drawer, with an advanced section, chips for what is applied and dynamic field filters where they exist. The chosen filters are kept in the address bar, so a filtered view can be shared or returned to.
  • Requests that are easier to act on. The requests list now shows the originating lead identifier and was rebuilt around the shared table, with accepting and declining handled in focused dialogs.
  • Booking statuses as a timeline. The booking statuses tab now reads as a timeline, with checklist items, signatures, approval steps and added detail opening in place. Booking dates and their details are reviewed in the same view.
  • Tasks and notes in consistent drawers. Adding tasks, task updates and notes from bookings, leads, projects and incidents now uses one drawer and one form everywhere. A saved task update clears its form instead of keeping the previous text.

Network Web — consistent filtering, editing and scheduling (Network Web)

Improved
  • Filters standardised across the back-office. Task, booking incident, provider, log, work order incident, lead incident and lead product filters all moved into the same controlled drawer, with an advanced filters section and applied-filter chips.
  • Status and working area editing. Changing an incident status or a provider status now happens in a dedicated dialog with proper confirmation, and provider working areas and service variants are edited with current controls.
  • Booking dates and time slots. The booking date calendar, time slot picker and provider selection were rebuilt with the shared components, so scheduling a booking behaves the same way as in the other apps.
  • Everyday filter corrections. Incident status handling, the project date filter and related booking filters now hold the values you set instead of resetting between visits.

Availability: the same answers, much sooner (Admin, Network Web, Customer Web, Platform API)

Improved

Availability lookups were reworked for accounts with many providers and large booking histories.

  • Faster availability and booking detail lookups. Looking up unavailable time slots, provider coverage and bundled product information is now considerably quicker, which shows up directly as shorter waits when opening a booking or asking for available dates.
  • No repeated work for networks. Resolving the availability of a network no longer recalculates shared schedule work for every member. Large networks now return their options in one pass rather than multiplying the effort.
  • Shared configuration loaded once. Configuration shared across concurrent availability requests is now loaded a single time and kept current, so a busy moment no longer turns into repeated cold starts.

Operations tracking map — opens where you need it (Admin)

Improved
  • The view frames itself on opening. The map now fits itself to the bookings and providers in play as soon as it opens, rather than starting on a default view you have to navigate away from.
  • Selecting a provider centres the map. Choosing a provider from the list moves the map to them directly, so switching between people in the panel keeps the map in step.
  • Warehouse products on the map. Warehouse product lists shown on the tracking and route views now read from the product catalogue, so quantities and names match what is seen everywhere else.

Bookings and budgets — more of the record in one place (Admin)

Improved
  • Budget tabs that follow the booking. Booking detail now builds its budget tabs from the budgets actually attached to the booking, and budget execution detail shows more of what each execution contains. Reviewing what was approved and spent no longer means leaving the booking.

Addresses, leads and service reports (Admin, Customer Web, Platform API)

Improved
  • Postal codes are kept. Creating an address while taking a booking now stores its postal code, and the customer booking address form supports postal codes together with the extra information a service requires. Addresses captured during booking are now complete enough to use later.
  • Bookings created from a lead name the service. When a booking is created from a lead using the default configuration, the service name travels with it, so the resulting record reads correctly from the start.
  • Printing the full service report. Printing a booking summary now produces the complete service report rather than the portion visible on screen, with print styling applied so the result is legible on paper and as a file.
  • Email captured in the right field. The customer step when creating a lead now uses a proper email field with the matching validation, and unused fields were removed from the step.

Work scope approval requests (Provider Web, Platform API)

Improved
  • Requests tied back to where they started. An approval request for additional work now carries a reference to the record it was raised from, so a reviewer can see its origin without searching. Updating a request was simplified so a single submission is handled consistently.
  • Older provider app versions keep working. Providers still on a previous version of the app can continue to submit and update work scope approvals while they update, instead of seeing their submissions rejected.

Coverage map refinements (Admin)

Improved
  • Review feedback applied. The coverage screen introduced last week received a round of polish, including a clearer drawer for the selected provider or network. Day-to-day reading of coverage results is now tidier.

Forms, tables and everyday fixes (all apps)

Improved
  • Dynamic form fields aligned everywhere. Dynamic form fields in Network Web, Customer Web and Provider Web now use the same components as Admin, so a question looks and behaves identically wherever it is answered. Attachment questions handle file changes consistently.
  • Provider services and dynamic fields in Admin. The provider services table, dynamic field inputs and the provider status and working area controls were rebuilt with current components, making long service lists easier to scan and edit.
  • Work order stakeholder details. Editing a work order now keeps the country recorded with a stakeholder's identification document, and several issues in the edit drawer were corrected so saved values match what was entered.
