A coverage map for finding who can actually do the job, a rebuilt tracking map, and filters that keep up with long lists

This release introduces a dedicated coverage map that answers a daily question directly: who can take this job, here, at this day and time, and if nobody can, why not. The operations tracking map was rebuilt around providers who are connected, on their way or offline, with live routes and arrival estimates. Across every app, filters and pick lists were standardised, long option lists now load as you scroll, and forms hold on to what you typed instead of snapping back.

Products updated: Admin · Network Web · Customer Web · Provider Web · Platform API

Coverage map: see who can take the work and why someone can't (Admin)

New

A new coverage screen sits under map visualisation and answers coverage questions without cross-checking several screens.

  • Filter coverage the way you ask the question. Narrow the map by service variant, specific providers, day of the week, time of day in half-hour steps, and a searched address or point. Active filters are shown as chips so it is always clear what the map is answering.
  • Independent providers and networks, with their people underneath. Results list independent providers and networks that can act under the current filters, each with its on-demand status, its own weekly schedule and how many accepted members it has. Selecting a network opens its members in an overlay, and several networks can be compared at once.
  • Reasons, not just absences. When a provider does not qualify, the map explains why — geography, schedule, operating state or service coverage — instead of leaving a silent gap. A warning is shown when the current view cannot be resolved in full.
  • Map layers and navigation. Coverage layers can be switched on and off over the map, with its own zoom controls, a results panel that can be minimised and a selected-item drawer. The screen keeps your filters in the address bar, so a view can be shared or returned to.

Operations tracking map — the field, as it stands right now (Admin)

Improved
  • Connected and offline, side by side. The providers panel now splits into tabs for those currently connected and those offline, and lists every accepted provider rather than only those with activity. Finding whether someone is reachable no longer means scrolling the whole list.
  • On-my-way routes and arrival estimates. Providers travelling to a job now draw their remaining route on the map with an estimated time of arrival on the marker, so a coordinator can see who will be late before the customer calls.
  • A redesigned provider detail panel. Opening a provider shows a reorganised panel where their bookings can be selected and focused on the map. Order markers, zoom controls and a clear no-results state were added to the map itself.

Booking detail — the surrounding record, on the same screen (Admin)

New
  • Lead, project, budget and cart tabs. The booking basic information view was redesigned and now carries tabs for the originating lead, the related project, budget executions and the shopping cart behind the booking. What used to require jumping between screens reads in one place.
  • Cleaner editing of addresses and references. Adding an origin address or an external reference while editing a booking now happens in a focused dialog with proper validation, and empty references are no longer saved as blanks.

Filters and pick lists — standardised everywhere, and they keep loading (Admin, Network Web, Customer Web, Provider Web)

Improved

Filtering was rebuilt across the apps so the same interaction works the same way wherever you are.

  • Long option lists load as you scroll. Selection fields across work orders, bookings, leads, transactions, projects, tasks, products, vehicles, payments, subscriptions and notification tags now fetch more options as you reach the bottom instead of capping at the first page. Searching inside a field queries the full set, not just what was already loaded.
  • Filter drawers that behave consistently. Incident, customer, maintenance plan, movement request, subscription, product and component, vehicle and unit, payment tracking, budget, task and project filters all moved into the same controlled drawer pattern, with an advanced filters section and applied-filter chips.
  • Selecting many values at once. Filters holding more than twenty selected values are now carried through correctly instead of being silently ignored or failing, which matters most on screens where dozens of items are picked at a time.

Forms — they hold what you typed (Admin, Network Web, Customer Web, Provider Web)

Improved
  • Cleared fields stay cleared. Emptying a field no longer snaps back to its previous value when the form re-renders, and number fields keep their value as a number rather than text, so totals and validations behave as expected.
  • Required checks on empty numbers. A numeric question that has been left blank is now judged correctly against its required rule, so a form is not blocked by a field that looks filled or passed by one that is not.
  • Large forms save without timing out. Saving a completed form with many questions and options used to take long enough to time out and leave a duplicate behind on retry. Those saves now complete in one pass.
  • Attachments and signatures left empty. Submitting a form where an attachment or signature question was deliberately left blank is now accepted instead of being rejected.

Form models — lock what must not change, and use answers in alerts (Admin)

New
  • Change locks in forms and questions. A form or an individual question can now be locked against edits, with a confirmation before the lock is applied, so templates already in use in the field cannot be altered underneath the people filling them in. Locked questions are also respected when answers are captured.
  • Form fields visible in alert rules. When building an alert definition rule on a form answer, the referenced question is now shown directly in the rule, making it clear which field the alert actually watches.

Availability and booking lead times (Admin, Platform API)

Improved
  • Booking lead time per operation. The minimum notice required before a booking can be taken is now defined per operation on the service variant, with a card that spells out the resulting lead time in plain language.
  • No lead time means no lead time. Setting a lead time of zero is now honoured, so same-moment slots are offered where the operation genuinely allows them instead of falling back to a default.
  • Bundled services for integrated partners. Partner integrations can now ask for the options, dates and times available for services booked together as a bundle, so a bundled job can be scheduled in one coherent step from an integrated partner's own flow.
  • Loading states on date pickers. Availability date pickers now show that they are fetching, rather than appearing empty while the dates are still being resolved.

Products, warranties and stock (Admin, Platform API)

New
  • Extended warranty start modes. Extended warranties can now be configured to start in different ways, with the corresponding start date handled accordingly, so cover begins where the commercial agreement says it does.
  • Warranty rules with deleted variants. Editing a warranty rule now shows full detail for the service variants it covers and handles rules that reference a variant which no longer exists, instead of breaking the drawer.
  • Stock by warehouse. Product stock can now be listed per warehouse page by page, which keeps large catalogues responsive wherever stock is consulted.

Access and scope — each screen shows what the viewer is entitled to (Admin, Network Web, Platform API)

Improved
  • Detail screens respect commercial scope. Booking detail, project detail and budget execution detail, along with their available actions and main provider information, now resolve against the viewer's scope, so a user opens only the records they are entitled to act on.
  • Protected listings. Paginated area and service variant listings now require the appropriate permission, and pending variant lookups in Network Web are scoped to the providers screen where they belong.

Speed, wording and everyday fixes (all apps)

Improved
  • Faster booking search and provider lookup. Text search on the booking table and searches across providers, variants and pending requests return noticeably faster on large accounts, and provider search results paginate and sort more sensibly.
  • Consistent provider wording. Terminology for providers was standardised by provider type across Admin, Network Web, Customer Web and Provider Web, so the same role is called the same thing wherever you read it.
  • A modern address flow for customers. Creating an address in Customer Web was rebuilt around the current form controls, and review forms use the same text fields as the rest of the product.
  • Work order and lead accuracy. Changing the service on a work order now resets the service variant instead of keeping an incompatible one, execution dates read consistently with the record, and a lead cannot create a booking project for a service variant outside its area.
  • Fiscal number validation on new customers. Validation of a new customer's fiscal number follows the configuration for each account, falling back to standard behaviour where nothing specific is set. This is a controlled rollout, enabled per account.
  • Booking lists without unnecessary waiting. Booking lists no longer load product detail that the list does not display, so the table appears sooner.
