Senior Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of our field service management platform. This is a high-impact role where you'll work across the entire stack, from designing APIs and database schemas to building responsive user interfaces. You'll own significant parts of our product and work directly with customers to understand their needs.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain features across our web platform and mobile applications
• Work with product and customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Make architectural decisions that balance speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Review code from teammates and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering practices
• Ship features that directly impact thousands of users daily

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and data modeling
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization
• Track record of delivering complex features from concept to production
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
• Strong communication skills—you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with mobile development (React Native) is a plus
• Experience with real-time systems, geolocation, or scheduling algorithms is a plus
